2) Replenish energy, read and listen to books in detail.

Although I have read a lot of books after retirement, most of them are swallowing dates. Now a book will be chewed repeatedly, especially pay attention to its writing style, and write down good words and sentences.
In addition, pay attention to the habit of observing things in the usual time, find that the material is recorded in the mobile phone memo in time, ensure the source of the material for writing, and achieve "no panic when there is surplus food at home".
To be honest, now I have a stomach to express, there is no lack of material, what is missing is the depth of thinking and writing skills.

3) Develop self-discipline habits and be more focused.
