A customer came with a BV leather bag worth 300,000 yuan. The bag was contaminated with ink by a quarter from the inside out, and the stains seeped into the outer skin surface. The BV store directly sentenced him to "death penalty", but the customer was not willing, and heard that Chen Aihua of the zhengzhang was very powerful, so he held a glimmer of hope and asked her to help.

The 2014 CICA Summit was held in Shanghai, during which the flags of the participating countries should be hoisted. An ordinary handkerchief, she burned for three weeks in a row to pass, but the four corners of 90 degrees still did not meet the standard.
Chen Aihua had a stubbornness, she did not believe that she could not do a good job, from then on she "pierced" into it, carrying an iron every day to practice, and her hands and elbows were often burned red and purple. Parents were ordinary workers, and they believed in the power of craftsmanship, "Besides, where is the sweetness without bitterness?" The encouragement of his parents made Chen Aihua persist.

Huaihai Road is located in a bustling commercial street, busy business, washing clothes often have a variety of "difficult and miscellaneous diseases". "We bought hundreds of fabrics of different colors and materials, tested them one by one with different potions, and observed the changes in the color of the fabrics." Fabrics have natural fibers and chemical fibers, so it is necessary to learn fiber knowledge; most of the potions are chemical synthesis reagents, so it is also necessary to learn chemical knowledge. She first selected a sesame-sized dot on the back of the suture as a sample, dripped the potion, checked how the offset print and coating changed, and then adjusted the concentration and type of agent according to the change, this is not OK, change; that kind of no, then change... Chen Aihua accidentally saw a car spray room in the Shanghai Automobile Factory, which was operated by a manipulator and no one had to enter. Inspired, she also invented a "leather spray room", the spray room is transparent, with a water curtain, the water can take away the exhaust gas after atomization, people only need to put their arms into it to operate. "Leather spray room" has obtained a national invention patent.
Laundry is very knowledgeable. Chen Aihua edited and wrote industry textbooks and question banks, restored the identification of senior technicians who had been stuck for 23 years; she led apprentices to pass on the art, and the disciples won gold and silver in the national vocational skills competition... Due to his exquisite skills, Chen Aihua became the chief technician of the first batch of laundry engineers in Shanghai.
