Awareness and selection of mosquito repellent products

Indoors we can choose screens, mosquito nets for isolation, or mosquito shoots to eliminate mosquitoes, while outdoors we need to use chemical methods to repel mosquitoes. Currently, the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the National Center for Pesticide Information (NPIC) recommend the following three chemical repellent compounds: DEET, Icaridin, and IR3535.

DEET:

Chemical name: N,N-diethyl-3-methylbenzamide, also known as toeto, commonly known as deworming amine, deeteridine, is currently the world's largest amount of repellent chemicals. Although popular around the world for more than 50 years, BUTT is not perfect, it has a certain degree of solubility in plastic products, but after more than 10 billion people around the world to use testing, DEET safety has been recognized by all countries around the world, less than 30% of the content of DEET mosquito repellent products is absolutely safe, but not recommended for babies under 2 months of age.

Icaridin:

Chemical Name: 1-(1-Methylpropoxycarbonyl)-2-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperidine, with many trade names, is the most effective insect repellent besides DEET certified by the CDC. Chinese named Ekaridin, also known as Picaridin Paikaredin. It was officially launched in the new century. Overall, Icaridin is not much different from DEET's mosquito repellent effect, but the safety improvement is great, not only solves the problem of DEET dissolving plastics, but also has less irritation to the skin after testing, and then it is also not recommended for babies within 2 months.

IR3535:

Chemical name: 3-(N-n-n-n-acetyl)-ethyl aminopropionate, commonly known as mosquito repellent or mosquito repellent, many components are marked with ethyl butylaminopropionate, Chinese imenine is used less. IR3535 is a compound invented by Merck, Germany, and the biggest advantage is safety. Among the mosquito repellents recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), IR3535 is the only product that can be given to infants, pregnant women, and lactating women.
