Born on 10 October 2002 in Melbourne, Australia, Kiddy joined the Australian National Basketball League (NBL) Adelaide 36ers in 2020. On July 30, 2021, Kiddy was selected by the Thunder with the 6th pick in the first round at the NBA Draft. In March 2022, the Thunder announced that Kiddy was reimbursed for the season with a hip injury.
This season, Kiddy has played in 54 games, averaging 31.5 minutes per game, averaging 12.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.4 blocks, shooting 41.9 percent from the field, 26.3 percent from three-point range and 70.9 percent from the free throw line.
