△ On April 14, Deputy County Governor Zhang Tingting led a team to supervise and inspect the industrial gas cylinder filling unit. Liu Feng, deputy director of the county citizen hotline service center, and Zhang Limin, secretary of the party group and director of the county market supervision bureau, accompanied the activity. The supervision group carefully inspected the implementation of the industrial gas cylinder use registration, regular inspection, scanning code filling and safety management system, learned more about the company's production and operation status and the implementation of the main responsibility of safety, carefully checked the appearance quality of gas cylinders and regular inspection marks, and put forward specific requirements for further strengthening the filling of industrial gas cylinders.
In recent days, led by the County Market Supervision Bureau, the Joint County Emergency Management Bureau, the County Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and the County Fire Rescue Brigade have formed a special inspection team to conduct a full-coverage inspection of the county's industrial gas cylinder filling units and user units. The inspection team inspected the establishment of safety management systems such as post responsibility, hidden danger management, emergency rescue and other safety management systems and the formulation of relevant operating procedures of industrial gas cylinder filling units in the county.
The inspection team focused on checking whether the filling license of the industrial gas cylinder filling unit and the use unit was within the validity period, whether the operators and safety management personnel were on the job with the certificate, whether the filling records were complete and standardized, whether the filling area of the filling unit, the area to be inspected, and whether the unqualified area had isolation marks and whether the partition was reasonable, and checked the registration and regular inspection of the use of other special equipment.
Industrial gas is closely related to the people's life and production, and it is related to the safety of the people's lives and property.
