Lingtai County is located in the core area of Longdong Comprehensive Energy Base, with proven coal geological reserves of 5.02 billion tons. In recent years, the local government has taken the integrated development of coal and electricity as a breakthrough to accelerate the construction of an industry-led economic pattern.
The key to the development of new quality productivity in coal mines lies in scientific and technological innovation. Five years ago, at the beginning of Shandong Energy Group's investment in the construction of Shaozhai Coal Mine in Lingtai County, it invested a total of 165 million yuan to carry out intelligent construction with the goal of building a system-wide intelligent mine, continuously applied various new equipment and technologies to the construction of the mine, and determined to build the mine into a national green mine demonstration mine.
Intelligence and digitalization are vividly reflected in the corners of Shaozhai coal industry.
On the large screen of the intelligent control center, various production data and underground pictures are presented in real time, the shearer, scraper conveyor and hydraulic support work together, and the large pieces of raw coal are transported to the surface after washing, impurities, coal blending and other processes;
In the automatic transportation and marketing centralized control center, the whole process is automatically identified by 14 truck scales and related auxiliary facilities of the intelligent transportation and marketing system, from vehicle entry, empty vehicle measurement, vehicle loading, heavy vehicle measurement, vehicle going out, etc.;
In the centralized control center of the coal preparation plant, the gangue or coal is sprayed out through the intelligent injection system, and the coal and gangue are intelligently separated, realizing a green circular economy in which coal production is not visible and waste resources are not discharged.
In the intelligent storage room, the robot completes the warehousing and delivery of materials;
In the VR smart training center, employees can wander in the four major areas of mechanical and electrical equipment, smart safety, safety accidents and emergency avoidance in their spare time, and experience the hedging process after facing emergencies.
"The use of intelligent equipment not only improves production and reduces manpower, but also embodies the new concept of coal mining of 'reducing manpower and improving efficiency, and no one is safe'." Zhang Xianyi, deputy chief engineer of Lingtai Shaozhai Coal Industry Co., Ltd., said that now, from the intelligence of equipment to the safety helmet storage box, it has been intelligentized.
It is understood that Shaozhai Coal Mine is a national intermediate intelligent demonstration mine and the first mine in our province to pass the intelligent acceptance, with an area of 20.17 square kilometers, geological reserves of 198 million tons, recoverable reserves of 93 million tons, and an annual production capacity of 2.4 million tons. In 2023, a total of 1.658 million tons of raw coal will be produced, and the total industrial output value will be 980 million yuan.
Lingtai County has not only achieved gratifying results in new technologies, but also vigorously promoted new models. With a total investment of about 7.823 billion yuan, the Lingtai Power Plant project is a key project to promote the clean and efficient utilization of coal resources and open the integrated development of coal and electricity with high standards. After the project is put into operation, the annual power generation capacity will be about 10 billion kilowatt hours, the consumption of coal will be about 4.14 million tons, and the output value will reach more than 3 billion yuan.
Since the beginning of this year, Lingtai County has accumulated development momentum with scientific and technological innovation, focused on building the first industry for clean and efficient use of coal, cultivated and expanded emerging clean energy industries, and accelerated the upgrading of three traditional industries of equipment manufacturing, green building materials, and intensive processing of agricultural products, forming a high-quality development pattern of industrial economy with the role of the first industrial engine continuing to exert force, the kinetic energy of emerging industries continuing to increase, and the traditional industrial structure continuously optimized.
"We have implemented 31 projects around the clean and efficient utilization of coal industry chain, with a total estimated investment of 2.346 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 5.524 billion yuan, and 14 projects have been resumed and an investment of 1.032 billion yuan has been completed."
