Yan Fei, a native of Liaoning, a Manchu with red flags, has loved calligraphy and painting since childhood, studied landscapes with Zhao Guijin in his early years, and began to copy Mr. Liu Jiji's fine art works in 2003, from which he benefited a lot. Later, he studied with Teacher Dai Changguo, president of the Rong Guozhai Institute of Calligraphy and Painting, to study the pen tiger. He studied under Liu Kuiling and Feng Da. He has sought advice from many sources, learned from all the strengths, and has a special love for birds and animals. Yan Fei has a persistence, persistence and understanding that are rare among his peers, which makes him more and more refined on the road of painting learning. In 2015, he began to study in Beijing, established Yan Fei Studio, concentrated on research and creation, he comprehensively learned, eclectic, and widely absorbed the strengths of all families, thus forming his own artistic style.
