After receiving the order to form a maternal rescue and treatment team in the Public Health Center, the medical staff of our hospital enthusiastically signed up, and finally 5 doctors, 7 midwives and 8 nurses assembled into a team. In the selection of personnel, from the "post-70s" to the "post-80s" to the "post-90s", the hospital took into account the actual needs of the task of aiding public health, selected the backbone strength from the applicants and determined the optimal ratio of medical care, finally determined the list of members, and set up a temporary party branch at the first time. This team, with an average age of less than 35 years old, has 9 party members, 3 league members, and 60% of the party members, including both skilled obstetric experts, experienced midwives, and more meticulous and responsible nursing personnel.

On April 9, the two successfully completed their tasks and returned to the hospital.
