Notice on the issuance of forest fire prevention and fire ban orders
At present, the weather in our city continues to be dry, and the forest fire risk level is high. In order to protect the forest resources and ecological environment of our city and ensure the safety of people's lives and property, in accordance with the Forest Law of the People's Republic of China, the Forest Fire Prevention Regulations, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Forest Fire Prevention Regulations, and on April 6, 2022, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Emergency Management Department, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Forestry Bureau, and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Meteorological Bureau issued the relevant requirements of the first phase of the 2022 "High Forest Fire Risk Level Early Warning", combined with the actual situation of our city, a forest fire ban order is hereby promulgated:
1. Fire ban period: April 7, 2022 to April 16, 2022.
2. Fire prohibition range: Forest land within the administrative area of the city and within 100 meters from the edge of the woodland.
3. During the fire ban period, all forest areas in the city are prohibited from using fire, and all units and individuals entering the fire ban area are prohibited from the following acts:
(1) Carrying fire into forest areas (land) without permission;
(2) Burning incense and paper, setting off fireworks and firecrackers during ritual activities, and so forth;
(3) Burning ash and fertilizer, burning fields, refining mountains, etc. without permission;
(4) Open fire heating, lighting, cooking, and putting in open flames, etc.;
(5) Entering forest areas and scenic spots to eliminate all sources of fire and strictly requiring the use of "fire codes";
(6) Other activities that use fires in the wild and are likely to induce forest fires;
(7) Special circumstances require the use of fire to report to the people's governments of each county (district) for approval and to the Municipal Forestry and Garden Bureau.
IV. Handling of Violations: All units and individuals who violate this fire ban shall be given corresponding administrative punishments by the public security organs and the competent forestry departments in accordance with law; Where a crime is constituted, transfer it to the judicial organs for criminal responsibility in accordance with law.
Fifth, relevant units in all counties (districts) should intensify propaganda and make full use of cable television, radio, radio, newspapers and periodicals, propaganda slogans, leaflets, and other forms to extensively carry out propaganda and education, so that the fire ban order will become well known to everyone.
Any unit or individual who discovers a forest fire shall immediately call the forest fire alarm telephone 8110119.
7. This Circular shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
