The industry is in a variety of shapes, and those who have a back road have already quietly changed their careers, and those who have invested too much in the early stage or have no better choice will bitterly support the arrival of the industry spring.
Agents are a large part of the transition team. According to the survey data of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, the average gross profit margin of China's construction machinery agent group in 2020 is only 8.7%, and the average net profit margin is as low as 0.7%, and there is no significant improvement in 2021, and the living state is worrying. Or the main engine factory withdrawal or agents take the initiative to withdraw, the past two years of agents to change the case is not a few, but also led to manufacturers in some areas can no longer find a suitable agent, resulting in more and more direct operation of manufacturers.
Second-hand car dealers are more sensitive to the perception of the industry, and those who have shot early are rejoicing, while those who are still engaged in this line have adjusted their rhythms, with the main purpose of reducing inventory, small profits and quick sales, fast in and fast out, and paying more attention to circular funds.
There is no doubt that as the existence of the industry's fixed sea god needle, large manufacturers must be the group of people who insist on sticking to it, and they eat the most industry dividends, even now they are far from losing money.
For small manufacturers and repair shops that do not make money, excessive sunk costs upfront have limited their choice of action, and it is better to think about how to broaden their business scope than to change careers. Unless it is a loss to the bone, it will not be easy to change careers.
