1) High safety body structure

Since there is no wide buffer zone at the top and side of the cabin, the body will be affected by external forces to infringe on the occupant space in the cabin, resulting in casualties. Therefore, the strength of the body structure plays a very critical role. The top static pressure is an important test to measure the safety performance of the vehicle in the rolling accident, coupled with the side door extrusion test, which can comprehensively test the compressive and deformation strength performance of the vehicle.
In the test led by Zhang Chongbo, a body rigidity test (static) expert at the National Automobile Quality Inspection and Inspection Center (Beijing Shunyi), we can see that whether it is the top static pressure of 2.8 tons of force (1.5 times the mass of the whole vehicle) or the side door squeeze of 5.7 tons of force (3 times the mass of the whole vehicle), Atuka's body has not been distorted and seriously deformed under heavy pressure, and the overall rigidity of the body structure has withstood the test.
The reason why Artuka's "bones" are so tough is mainly due to the high safety of the body. Artuco's body uses a large number of high-strength steels and thermoformed steels, forming a strong and safe cage body structure, scientific force transmission path and structural design, so that it has a stable impact bearing capacity.
The energy-absorbing box of the multi-cavity aluminum alloy architecture allows the longitudinal beam of Artuco to absorb the collision energy to the greatest extent, and the cast aluminum structure at the bottom of the front wall can well ensure the structural stability of the crew compartment.

As one of the most core components of pure electric vehicles, the safety performance of power batteries is also an important indicator that consumers are very concerned about.
In the process of vehicle driving, if the pure tram encounters a collision accident or chassis bump, it may cause the power battery to short circuit and even cause spontaneous combustion.
In addition, in the face of extreme weather such as heavy rain, if the pure tram is deeply waded in the water, once the water inside the battery pack is in, there will be dangerous situations such as short circuit and leakage, resulting in personal injury and property damage. The battery pack squeeze and immersion test can detect whether the battery cell will be damaged or short-circuited, which is an effective means to test the overall safety of the power battery.
In the battery pack extrusion test of the hardcore electric fun laboratory, Artuka's ternary lithium battery pack basically did not have any deformation after being squeezed by 10 tons of force, and the part affected by the extrusion force was the buffer part of the outer edge of the battery pack, and its rigidity and extrusion resistance successfully passed the assessment.
In another immersion test, Artuco's battery pack was soaked in fresh water at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes, and then fished out for 2 hours for observation, and there was no fire, explosion, leakage and other phenomena, which also met the requirements of the national standard.
Atuka's battery packs can successfully pass the national standard safety test, mainly due to its use of high-safety batteries, aluminum frame bearing structure, double-layer sealing protection, built-in fire blankets and other designs, the protection level has reached the IP67 standard, to ensure that the vehicle in the face of extreme wading conditions, will not cause safety accidents.
It is understood that Artuka's ternary lithium battery pack has passed nearly 100 tests before loading the car, and the number of test items is nearly 4 times that of the national standard, which also brings enough safety to the vehicle.
