Instantaneous Skill Width: 150 adjusted to 120
No longer slows down when moving backwards
Now the descent speed is increased by 0.25 seconds;

Cooldown: 80-30 adjusted to 70-30 seconds;

Cooldown: 120-80 adjusted to 120-60 seconds;

Now only one attack effect is applied (previously multiple attack effects could be applied by hitting multiple targets)
Now you can only stack R once per cast and reduce the E skill cooldown (previously, you can stack multiple times after hitting each hero)
Critical Hit effects increase the number of additional levels of R skills and reduce the extra cooldown of E skills
Ability Damage: 40-180 (+100% AD) (+60% AP) Adjusted to 10-150 (+120% AD) (+70% AP)
Cooldown: 23 adjusted to 28-22 seconds
Adjustment - Chain lightning can critical hit, but does not apply attack effects;
