In February 2016, Yuchai and Rolls-Royce PowerTrain of Germany successfully married, and the two sides signed a joint venture cooperation agreement. In February 2017, the joint venture company between the two parties, Yuchai Anteyou Power Co., Ltd., was established and put into operation in April of the following year. Yuchai Anteyou adopts the same production line as Germany, follows the same production process and quality standards, and produces high-end, high-speed, high-power mtu 4000 series engines with the world's top technical level.
