The day before the check, I controlled my diet in this way
Colonoscopy should clear the intestines, so the day before can only eat liquid or semi-liquid and other easily digestible foods, you can choose porridge, noodle soup, wontons and so on.
This is not difficult for me, I eat wontons and steamed eggs at noon, drink white porridge for breakfast and at night, in order to reduce physical loss, I try not to move, I try not to move, I am really hungry to drink water.

I mixed the two bags of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte in my hand in 2 to 3 liters of warm water, drank 250 ml every 10 to 15 minutes, and drank it within 2 hours.
What is the concept of 2000 ml? It's roughly equivalent to drinking 8 cartons of milk.
But this electrolyte water is not as good as milk, I heard before, than doing colonoscopy, more painful is actually drinking laxatives, and now I am deeply aware.

Next, it was spent in a tug-of-war between diarrhea and drinking electrolyte water. As for the excretion process, I will not describe it too much, a sentence "it means like the gushing river is endless, and it is like the Yellow River flooding, and it cannot be harvested at once", everyone can understand it for themselves.
It is not until the seventh or eighth time in the toilet that the stool is discharged like clear water, and the intestines are successfully cleaned.
On the way to the hospital, I cheered myself up, and the hardest time had passed!
Third, the little brother in front of me, that meaningful expression

Fourth, the real experience of colonoscopy

I leaned left onto the bed, curled my legs up, exposing my ass, and the nurse applied some kind of yellow oil to the top, and I felt ashamed but a little comfortable...
After waiting for a while, the doctor probed into my body with a colonoscope, but there was not much pain, but more of an discomfort of the body being invaded by a foreign body.
Because the intestines are particularly wrinkled, in order for the colonoscopy to reach out smoothly, it needs to be constantly inflated, and my intestines are like a balloon, constantly inflated and inflated.
"It's time to turn a corner, it may hurt a little..." When the colonoscope changed from a straight track to a curve, I felt like my "test" had really begun.
My stomach turned from uncomfortable to huge pain, and I obviously felt the colonoscope rushing left and right in my stomach, at the same time, the doctor's movements were spinning in place for a while, and then I was really curled up, holding my full stomach like holding a balloon that exploded at any time, and there were people inside who kept struggling to break through the cage.

The whole process of doing colonoscopy is like riding a roller coaster, a moment of spring blossoms, a moment of falling into the abyss, perhaps the reason for the slow relaxation of the back, the pain is not as strong as before.
After the examination, the doctor told me that it was proctitis, take medicine according to the doctor's instructions, eat less spicy and irritating things, and pay attention to avoiding the mouth.
