According to Huawei's 2021 financial report, Huawei is a private enterprise that is 100% owned by employees. The shareholders are the Trade Union Committee of Huawei Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Trade Union") and Ren Zhengfei. Of these, 131,507 participants in the ESOP (as of December 31, 2021).
