Teacher Wang Rui was born in the mid-1950s of the last century, and in his childhood, cultural education was very backward. When he was in elementary school, due to the lack of educational resources, he hardly learned any knowledge, and when he went to junior high school, he caught up with the "Cultural Revolution", and the school was even more in a mess, these historical factors led to his generation, academic failure, waste of learning time. Helplessly, after graduating from junior high school, he followed a large number of knowledgeable young people to the countryside to join the team as intellectuals. In the commune Zhiqingdian, the cadres on behalf of the "Zhiqing" saw that he was clever and clever, could speak and do things, and had the talent for painting, so the cadres of the "Zhiqing" on behalf of the "Zhiqing" studied with the leaders of the commune and the brigade, and let him serve as the head of the cultural station in the commune. During his tenure as the director of the commune's cultural station, he organized several art training courses and cultivated a group of local talents in fine arts.
In 1976, teacher Wang Rui, like them, was transferred to the city and arranged to go to the epidemic prevention station in Da'an County (now Da'an City) to do propaganda work in the Propaganda Section. At this moment, he created good conditions for him to create pencil drawings, and he could show his skills in the field of pencil drawing art creation.
