Preface
Written by Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi, the group of virtuous people is quoted from Wang Xizhi's "Orchid Pavilion Collection Preface", which means that many virtuous and virtuous people gather together, which is used to refer to the vast number of outstanding artists in the prosperity of the country, together with calligraphy and painting to praise the motherland and welcome the arrival of the new year. Introduction to Art
Wang Ruilin ( Dream Stone )
Born in 1941 in Yixing, Jiangsu.
He graduated from Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture in 1966 under the tutelage of Wu Guanzhong, Yan Han and Gao Guanhua.
From 1966 to 1978, he worked as an art designer in the management office of the Summer Palace in Beijing.
From 1978 to 2001, he served as an art editor, head of the art group, and deputy editor of the Chinese Literature Publishing House of the Foreign Languages Bureau, and wrote more than 100 art criticism articles totaling more than 200,000 words.
He is engaged in the research and creation of Chinese landscape painting, and his works have participated in many important exhibitions at home and abroad and won many awards. In 2002, he served as a cultural relics appraisal expert of Beijing Immetech Cultural Relics Appraisal Center.
In 2008, he served as a member of the expert group for the identification of cultural relics of the cultural management project of the "China Employment Training Guidance Center" organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and was awarded the honorary title of "Artist of Virtue and Art" by the China Federation of Literary Circles in January 2019.
In 1990, he was selected by Xinhua Publishing House to edit and publish the collection of "China's New 100 Schools".
In 1991 and 1992, he held the "Wang Ruilin Chinese Painting Exhibition" at the Chinese Gallery in Seoul, South Korea.
In 1992, he was awarded the "2nd International Baoding Art Award" by the headquarters of the Japan International League.
In 2009, he was awarded the "300 Honorary Awards" and the "Outstanding Achievement Award for Contemporary Landscape Painting" at the 6th Chinese Landscape Painting Exhibition.
