At that time, we pointed out that the reason for this phenomenon is likely to be inseparable from the product planning of various brands, upstream technical limitations, and some parameters that are not excellent in the essence of new parts.
Although we explained the reasons for this phenomenon at the time, some friends pointed out that this would not "solve the problem", after all, for the consumer group of flagship models, no one wants to buy a new machine with obvious compromises or functional shortcomings. We also hope that we can give some more explicit and more "worth buying" model suggestions at this stage.
I have to say that this is actually quite difficult to do, because from January to the end of March this year, there are not too many new top flagship products that are enough to make us shine in all aspects. In desperation, we only looked at the old models from earlier, and we were surprised to find that in the entire camp of high-end Android products in March 2022, the most worthwhile models may have been released a full year ago. Yes, this is the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, a flagship machine that was once known as the "light of Android", and even now it is still extremely "capable of playing".
Three "full main camera" lenses make the image capabilities of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra still king
As we all know, for the top flagship models, the image part has always been the "decisive victory" for manufacturers to show the highest technical level and comprehensive strength. But looking at the batch of "2022 flagship products" from the end of last year to the end of March this year, you will find that they are generally somewhat disappointing in image design.

Not to mention that at the telephoto end, most of the new flagships that have been unveiled so far are missing high-magnification periscope lenses. Although from the actual experience, 2x-3 times the ordinary telephoto is "not useless", without the periscope lens, it will always feel a bit perfunctory, and it will not be able to support the name of "flagship image model".
Perhaps it is precisely because of these disappointments that when we turn our attention to the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, we find that this model released in March 2021 has "made up" the regrets of this new machine.
In terms of main camera, the GN2 solution used by Xiaomi 11 Ultra is up to 1/1.12 inch in size, and it has a large pixel of 1.4μm without "all-in-one", which makes its light sensitivity much higher than the current 1/1.5-inch high-end CMOS. And it is also the only flagship CMOS with a full-pixel dual-core focus Pro structure, whether it is in the daily close-up close-up, or in the 4K or even 8K video shooting tracking performance, it can be called the "unique" in the oversized bottom CMOS.

The 48-megapixel outsole, optical image stabilization, coupled with a periscope lens design with 10x optical zoom, also makes the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra's 120x zoom capability still the strongest in the industry, and may not even be one.
Flagship screen + top body material, practical and advanced are taken into account
As a top-of-the-line flagship model, it is clear that it is not enough to have the ultimate image design. However, I don't know whether to say that it is gratifying or whether it should be said to be stifling, even if you do not look at the video part, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra released a year ago still has the strength to fight with the 2022 flagship product in many other details, and may even be overwhelmingly superior.
Among them, the screen display effect is a very typical aspect. As one of the highest quality screens xiaomi has used so far, the Xiaomi 11 Ultra's 6.81-inch OLED screen not only has a more difficult octa-curved shape, but also covers the top Corning gorilla Victus glass. Looking back at this year's "new flagship" models, it is not difficult to find that they are not only less bright than the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, but also many do not support the Dolby Vision standard, resulting in a green screen when some online sources play. At the same time, the relevant algorithms built into these models are often more rudimentary in function than the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra.
In addition to the top screen, the back part of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra also has some details worth boasting. On the one hand, the high-density ceramic body can provide a much better feel than the common glass cover, but also more scratch-resistant, theoretically better heat dissipation effect.
