In fact, as one of China's leading e-commerce platforms, JD.com has a long-standing relationship with Xiaomi that has been deepening ever since.

JD.com has been working with Xiaomi since 2015, including but not limited to the sales and promotion of smartphones, smart hardware and other digital products.

In September 2023, the fans of Xiaomi's self-operated flagship store of JD.com will exceed 100 million, and Xiaomi will become the first brand of JD.com to have more than 100 million fans in its stores; In March 2024, the country's first JD.com-operated Xiaomi Home landed in Tianjin JD Mall; In April 2024, the two parties will jointly hold the first JD Rice Noodles Festival, which is also the first time that the Xiaomi brand has cooperated with channels to jointly hold the Rice Noodles Festival.

The new strategic cooperation between JD and Xiaomi means that the cooperation between the two companies has deepened, which will help JD maintain a competitive advantage in the fierce e-commerce market.

According to the agreement, JD.com and Xiaomi will continue to deepen cooperation in the fields of retail, logistics, science and technology, and finance, and will further expand cooperation in the fields of industry, production and development, health, and insurance, so as to achieve deep integration and coordinated development of multiple industries, and explore a broader market growth space.

Of course, in addition to Xiaomi, JD.com also signed a three-year strategic cooperation of 120 billion yuan with Lenovo (00992.HK).

Last month, JD.com joined hands with Lenovo to deepen cooperation in AI marketing, intelligent supply chain, AI services and AI technology integration, and clarified Lenovo's goal of 120 billion yuan in JD's omni-channel sales in the next three years, and at the same time, they will be each other's first AIPC pioneer partners to jointly build an AI terminal industry ecology and accelerate the implementation of AIPC and other AI devices.

It is understood that Lenovo chose Jingdong to expand e-commerce channels, break through the bottleneck of sales growth, value Jingdong's customer resources, self-built logistics system, marketing capabilities, etc., the two sides will cooperate in product development, marketing promotion, logistics, after-sales service, etc.
