Recently, some people have always talked about Mr. Lu Xun's articles. For example, the sentence in "Napoleon and Sui" is "the murderer is destroying the world, the savior is repairing it, and the princes who are qualified as cannon fodder are always complimenting the murderer", and in "The Flowerless Rose II", "the lies written in ink can never hide the fact written in blood". They plucked out these sentences and wanted to "prove" something.
Mr. Lu Xun
So, I picked up the Complete Works of Lu Xun again and read some articles. When reading Mr. Lu Xun's "Tomb of Wei Suyuan", I suddenly thought of a question, how many articles have Mr. Lu Xun written to commemorate the departed young people? So I roughly counted, and there were nine of them.
Mr. Lu Xun's "Crying Fan Ainong" is a poem written in memory of Fan Ainong (1883-1912). "Remembering Liu hezhenjun" that we all studied is to commemorate Liu Hezhen (1904-1926). Similarly, the "Remembrance for Forgetting" that we have learned in textbooks commemorates Bai Mang (1910-1931), Rou Shi (1902-1931), Feng Hao (1907-1931), Li Weisen (1903-1931) and Hu Yipin (1903-1931).
Liu and Zhen
Mr. Lu Xun wrote "Wei Suyuan Tomb" and "Remembrance of Wei Suyuan Jun", both in honor of Wei Suyuan (1902-1932). "Mourning Yang Quan" is to mourn Yang Quan (1893-1933), and "Remembering Liu Bannongjun" is to commemorate Liu Bannong (1891-1934).
We see that the oldest of these people is only 43 years old (Liu Bannong) and the youngest is only 21 years old (Bai Mang). The death of these young people undoubtedly brought great sorrow to Mr. Lu Xun. Therefore, he said in "Remembering Liu and Zhenjun", "Do not erupt in silence, perish in silence."
White reckless
This is just a young man with deep contacts with Mr. Lu Xun, and how many young people, like them, have passed away early? However, in such an era, there is always a voice saying how good the Republic of China is. Romance, freedom, style, independence, mood, these words they often hang on their lips, used to describe the Republic of China.
It felt like a god's day, like in heaven. They can't see the clothes unclothed, they can't see the lack of food, they can't see the blood flowing into the river, they can't see the mountains and rivers breaking. They only see "style", only "mood", and "romance".

I remember that a certain "famous poet" even published a collection of poems and paintings, "Walking on the Streets of the Republic of China" (published by Taiwan Vision Publishing House). This collection of poems and paintings "The heroine is mostly a cheongsam, with a graceful style, and attaches equal importance to classical beauty and modernity." Some people also gave this poetry and painting book an inscription: "Poetry and painting double beauty, fertile chivalrous heart."
Is the Republic of China really that beautiful? They couldn't hear Mr. Lu Xun's cry? They can't see the bright red blood? Indeed, they couldn't hear or see these things, but they just smelled "the fragrance of flowers is very close", and they only saw "children's love". They "walked lightly and gracefully" and walked on the streets of the Republic of China.
Mr. Lu Xun said at the end of "For the Remembrance of Forgetting", "But I know that even if it is not me, there will always be a time to remember them and talk about them again in the future." "But now it seems that Mr. Lu Xun may be wrong." No one remembered them, and no one spoke of them again.
People have forgotten them all and longed for that time. But I kind of wonder, in that era when so many young people are bleeding, what else is worth yearning for? Food is not enough, clothes are not warm, even life can not be saved, where is the "elegance", where is the "children's love"?
Mr. Lu Xun 'forgot' to commemorate, and those of us who forget, that is, really forgot.
