A skill: after opening the attack interval is extended by 25%, that is, the general attack interval time is extended, rather than simply reducing the attack speed by 25%, the data is difficult to measure, but if it is converted into the attenuation of the attack speed, the higher the attack speed of the Garo panel, the stronger the attack speed reduction after opening a skill. Of course, you can't give up or reduce the speed of attack equipment for this reason. Closing a skill's status Garo has a movement speed increase (18+2* skill level), and the mana value of the target will be restored (4+1% physical bonus +1* skill level) when hit, and it will triple back to blue when hitting the hero.
