Nvidia releases a new RTX A5500 desktop graphics card

IT House March 23 news, today, NVIDIA released a new RTX A5500 professional desktop graphics card.

According to Nvidia, the graphics card delivers the performance, reliability and functionality needed for demanding multi-application workflows. Built on the NVIDIA Ampere architecture, it features 24 GB of GPU memory for designers, engineers, scientists, and artists.

IT Home understands that the RTX A5500 is equipped with 10240CUDA cores, has 320 tensor cores, is equipped with 24GB of video memory, has a bandwidth of 768GB/s, supports SLI, and has a maximum power consumption of 230W.

The RTX A5500 workstation graphics GPU specifications are reportedly essentially the same as the RTX 3080 Ti, except that the RTX A5500 is equipped with 24GB of EEC-enabled GDDR6 memory and the RTX 3080 Ti is equipped with 12GB of GDDR6X memory.

The RTX A5500 is a complement to Nvidia's existing professional graphics cards, following Nvidia's introduction of the RTX A2000 12GB, RTX A4500, RTX A6000 and other models.
