My Memories of Qin Cavity

In my oldest childhood memories, the happiest thing was to follow my father to the village of Harahara to see a play.

My father was a fan of drama, and since he was young, he had teamed up with several theater fans in the village to go to the theater, and he still enjoyed it until he was over seventy years old.

I can't remember watching theater with my father at the age of a few years, but I can conclude that it was before school. I remembered a detail: under the crowded stage, my father put me on his shoulder, and changed from this shoulder to that shoulder, letting me see the costume plays that I couldn't figure out the relationship between the characters and couldn't understand the lyrics. It can be concluded that he is only five or six or six or seven years old, and no matter how old he is, he cannot bear it. I sat on my father's shoulder and, when I felt very uncomfortable with my waist and legs, I stepped down and went for a walk around the field. In the winter and summer vacations of going to school, I still followed my father to see the theater, but I was embarrassed to sit on my father's shoulder.

I also can't remember how many scenes I saw with my father in the original hara, but I can conclude that I didn't know that the type of drama I watched at that time was called Qin Xiang. Knowing the title of the Qin Cavity, I should have left my hometown in the mid-1950s to attend middle school in Xi'an City, and I, at the age of 13, should have left my hometown to attend middle school. After watching so many plays, I don't know that the plays I am watching are Qin Cavity, which seems to make sense. In fact, it is very normal, including the father, the hometown people only say to watch the drama, no one will mark the drama qin cavity. The original fixed building of the theater building and the temporary stage, only play the Qin cavity, no Qin cavity outside of any kind of drama can be on the stage to shine, watching the drama is to see the Qin cavity, the play has only one kind of Qin cavity, naturally there is no need to cumbersome landmark drama species. This kind of regional collective unconscious left me a blank space, and when I didn't know the kind of Qin Cavity drama, I had already accepted the edification of the unique melody of the Qin Cavity, and it was destined to be difficult to replace for life.

At first, I didn't seem to feel the sound of these percussion and string-like instruments, and watching the drama with my father was just a bustle. I can't remember which year and which year, I walked with my father to the top of the White Deer Plain, and heard the sound of large and small gongs coming from the village shrouded in trees in the distance, as well as the sound of the plate and the stick and the flat drum, and there was a heartbeat, the pace unconsciously accelerated, and a wave of desire for the melody of the gong and drum and the flat drum board Hu Erhu intertwined rose up. Naturally, there is also a singing voice, the kind of roaring singing that can be transmitted to the two miles away with the flower face and the black face, which once shocked me to cover my ears, and then there was also a need to accept it quite urgently; the desolation of the white-bearded old man and the excitement and tragedy of the black bearded beard were inscribed on my too shallow reading emotion; the singing voice of Xiaosheng and Hua dan, which was full of sunshine and floral fragrance, was my most resonant wonderful sound; and the ugly man and the ugly woman in the clown made the most appropriate expression of the most interesting language in the Guanzhong dialect, and from the introduction to the exit, they were ushered away by the laughter of the full field... ... I realized later that from about that moment on, the Qin melody was cast in my not particularly sensitive musical nerves into a lifelong inclination to appreciate opera that was difficult to change and more difficult to replace.
