The housing is removed along the input and the heat shrink tube of the wire pressure terminal sleeve is welded and fixed to the PCB. However, the charger is internally filled and cannot be removed.
Using a cutter to cut through the housing and remove the charger's internal module, the glue seal between the module and the housing can improve the charger's heat dissipation performance, weather resistance and drop resistance.

To remove the glue, the switch tube uses screws to secure the heat sink.
There is an isolation board between the charger transformer and the secondary components, and the transformer output is a multilayer insulated wire with RM10 core. The output mother is soldered to a small plate, saving space and making it easy to use.
Two fairing bridges, a PWM controller, an optocoupler and a synchronous fairing tube can be seen on the back. The primary stage is well demarcated and the built-in NTC thermistor senses the charger temperature rise.

The switch tube is from Silan Micro, SVS11N65FJHD2, withstand voltage 650V, conductivity 330mΩ, available in TO220F package. Manufactured using a multilayer epitaxial process with low gate charge, low conduction losses and low switching losses, it is suitable for both soft and hard switching topologies.
