Moon Studios, developer of Elves & Forests and sequel Elves & Fire's Will, reported serious overtime work, verbal bullying, and organizational confusion

It's really a bullying work environment. But it's hard to single out one thing, all that happens, and if it happens only once, you'll think it's all small things. When you've had to deal with these things for years, you'll see that people's mental health is declining. I can testify on my own, and when we were over, I was in a terrible situation. I've never been so depressed. I have lost my passion for my work because they have worn it all down.

Are the two founders very provocative? In my opinion yes. Are there only these two people? yes. Is every hour so unprofessional? yes. Harassing employees? yes.

Bethesda says she's trying to make her characters look more realistic in Starry Sky

We always allow players to create fun, unique characters. And in this game, we're going to build on that. This technique is based on a scan of a realistic model. For example, it's like doing landscape mapping. And we're applying the same technique to character creation. Because what we focus on is not just the player's character appearance. We're more focused on all the individual interactions with NPCs and other characters in the game. We want to impress players in these areas. This convinces you that these are real humans, and makes you believe that your characters are real and interacting with other real people.

NFTs and metaverses have become hot topics in the fields of technology and games in recent times

What I'm going to say may make some people angry, but I don't care. NFTs are ridiculous things, and I don't understand why anyone would catch up with the trend. With ownership of virtual items that can be copied in unlimited quantities, what genius came up with this idea?

Metaverse? Maybe one day it will come, but I don't even know if I'll live to that day.

I wouldn't say it's a hoax, a fool to predict. Maybe the metaverse and virtual reality are the future direction, but almost every 10 years VR will return to the public eye, saving those media that need to rely on hype VR to eat.

Maybe there's a little bit of hope this time, and there are still players sticking to this area. Meta has invested so much money here, even if it doesn't get much in return. Maybe my point is wrong, but I still feel that we are still far from the future that the manufacturers have portrayed.

In order to get ahead of the "metaverse" development, Facebook even changed its name to "Meta"

Facebook itself isn't an innovative company, either buying interesting products like Oculus and Instagram or quickly following up on popular ideas. I don't think the current definition of Meta will be successful.
