The exhibition is fully assisted by the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, which has a huge collection of artifacts excavated from Pompeii, and can be described as the "ultimate edition of the Pompeii exhibition".

The restored Woman Who Reads Letters at the Window, which was restored to Vermeer's original form, is on public display for the first time outside the Gallery of The Masters of the Dresden State Art Collection. After a two-year renovation, the Tokyo branch of Izumiya Hirokokan will reopen to the public in March 2022. The opening exhibition will reveal the entire collection of Japanese paintings of the Sumitomo family, and present the regionality and diversity of Japanese paintings. Highlights include Hashimoto's "Tiger Map of the Deep Mountains" and The screen of Sakuragaya Kijima's "Willow Sakura" for the first time after restoration.
Terracotta Warriors and Ancient China: The Legacy of the Qin and Han Civilizations

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, the exhibition takes the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the Mausoleum of the First Emperor of Qin as the core, bringing together about 200 cultural relics, mainly unearthed in Shaanxi Province, the central region of the Qin and Han dynasties, in order to show the glorious civilization of the Qin and Han dynasties. Several artifacts were exhibited in Japan for the first time.

Majestic: The Art of Menswear

This is the first time that the V&A Museum has hosted a large-scale special exhibition of men's wear art, bringing together about 100 sets of fashion models and 100 works of art.
