Weng Sen (born and died unknown), courtesy name Xiuqing ,号一瓢), was a native of shuangmiao rural village in present-day Xianju County, Zhejiang, and a poet of the Southern Song Dynasty, who lived from the late Southern Song Dynasty to the early Yuan Dynasty. After the fall of the Southern Song Dynasty, Weng Sen decided not to be an official anymore and to live in seclusion as a professor. During the Yuan dynasty to the First Century, Jian'anzhou Academy was in Chongjiaoli (present-day Shuangmiao Township), twenty-five miles southeast of the county, with Zhu Xibailudong's study rules as a training, and insisted on teaching the townspeople with Confucianism. There have been more than 800 scholars. In the Yuan Dynasty, the Imperial Examination was abolished, very few people in the township studied, the study style was declining, the county was located in a poor area, the culture was especially declining, and through the efforts of Weng Sen, the wind of cultivation and reading was "polite and prosperous". By the 24th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1287), the Taoist monk Weng Daoquan built the Baozhen Academy thirty-five miles southeast of the county, and Weng Sen wrote a record of it, and wrote "A Scoop Draft". The article "Four Hours of Reading Music" was selected and compiled into the early Chinese textbooks of the Republic of China period, and there are still reservations in the Chinese textbooks in Taiwan.

Weng Sen's hometown of Shuangmiao Xia Branch (now Kuocang Village) has no descendants of the Weng clan, and the Weng clan genealogy was found in the Zheng Village in the countryside of Tamzhu by Zhang Zheng, deputy director of the Municipal Museum, in the cultural relics census.
