It is declared that Russia should establish good-neighbourly relations with the Kherson Oblast. State officials in particular supported the establishment of economic, trade, socio-cultural relations with Russia. The parties have also established peace and order rescue committees in the state, which will deal with humanitarian issues.
Kirill Stremusov, director of the Tavriya News Agency of Kherson Oblast, said: "Whatever happens, today for me personally, Russia is the priority direction we have set for ourselves to form stability in our region".

Kherson Oblast is a state in southern Ukraine, located north of Crimea. The Sea of Azov to the east, the Dnieper River flows into the Black Sea from east to west in the north, the state is of great strategic significance, founded in March 1944, covers an area of more than 30,000 square kilometers, the population of 1.3 million, 60% of the population lives in the city.
