The central armrests in the front are moderate in size and covered in leather materials for a comfortable feel. The armrest does not support angle adjustment and front and rear adjustment, but thanks to the reasonable position design and large size, it can still provide some support for the driver's elbow in a normal sitting position. Of course, for an MPV model, if the armrest box can support adjustment or equipped with independent armrests, the use of the feeling will certainly be better.

Kia Jawa's front door panels have large storage slot openings, but the interior space is flat, so the storage capacity is average. The door handle has a back cover design that allows you to safely place a mobile phone. There is a storage box with a cover under the center console, equipped with 3 USB ports inside, which is very suitable for placing the phone. On the right side of the gear shift knob is a one-piece cup holder with a well-defined interior space and a limiter for satisfactory practicality. The rear side is designed with a storage slot, which is more suitable for some small items and is very easy to take. The volume in the central handrail box is quite average, mainly the depth is very shallow, but this design also has its reasons, and the reason will be mentioned later.
The rear cup holder is located behind the front central armrest box, with a penetrating design and limited positioner, and the configuration performance is impeccable. The inside of the door panel is also equipped with a cup holder, but there is no limiter designed inside, in fact, it is strictly more like a storage slot that can hold water bottles. Although the front central armrest box is shallower, the space reserved for the rear is fully given to the drawer-type storage box in the rear row, in addition to its layered design, which can hold a lot of bits and pieces. Kia Ka Wah's trunk design has been specially optimised to maximize space utilization. In the test forward vision phase, we used a 70 cm high pile bucket as a reference and then adjusted the distance until the upper edge of the pile bucket was visible in the main driver's seat. After testing, the final measured data of the pile barrel and the front of the car was 275cm, which was at the upstream level in the same level of the tested model, and the performance was worthy of recognition.
In the rear vision test, the pile bucket is still fixed and placed, and then the vehicle is moved until the upper edge of the pile barrel can be observed, and the measured distance is 1720cm.
When testing the field of view of the exterior mirror, the tester first asks the tester to stand at a vertical distance of 10m of the left and right rearview mirrors, and then begins to move to the left and right sides until it appears at the outermost edge of the rearview mirror on both sides, and the lateral distance is measured. During the test, the 2021 Dongfeng Yueda Kia Kahua rear reversing radar began to sense the object behind at 103cm at the farthest, and the detection distance was decent. The interval of each subsequent distance of the radar is slightly larger, but it is still quite uniform, divided into 3 segments, and the beep of the prompt tone is also relatively clear. Referring to the previous test experience, the closer to 25cm in the continuous beeping stage, the closer it is to daily use habits. Judging from the measured data, the nearest prompt distance of the rear radar of Jawa is 33cm, which is farther than the daily use habits.
The front radar beep is also divided into 3 segments, the farthest can sense the object in front of it at 88cm, and the nearest radar prompt distance is 35cm. The data is also more remote than the daily use habits, and the driver needs to pay more attention to it when using it every day.
The test vehicle is equipped with a 360-degree panoramic imaging system plus side blind spot image, and the auxiliary lines in the picture can be changed according to the steering wheel rotation angle. From the actual measurement, the reverse image picture is still clear, and the distortion situation is not serious, and the look and feel is better. In terms of functionality, on the left side of the reversing image interface, Jawa provides a list of perspective switching angles with multiple angles, such as blind spots on the side of the car, which can help the driver better observe the situation around the vehicle, which is very practical.
In daily use, vehicles often encounter turning or U-turns, and the minimum turning radius of the vehicle is very important at this time. The minimum turning radius refers to the circular radius of the trajectory that rolls over the support plane in the center of the outer steering wheel when the steering wheel is turned to the limit position and the car is steering at the lowest stable speed. The smaller the turning radius, the better the maneuverability of the car. Know the minimum turning radius of your car, and know what to expect when the vehicle turns or makes a U-turn to avoid scratching and other situations. After actual measurements, Kia Regal's turning radius is 5.1m, which is at the upstream level in the same class of models tested, which is more satisfactory for a medium and large MPV model.
