The third and fourth sentences "If it were not for the jade mountain head, it would be to the Yaotai Moon." It means that a beautiful face like Yang Guifei, if it is not the fluttering fairy seen at the head of the Jade Mountain, it must be the goddess encountered under the moon of Yaotai. Here Li Bai compares Yang Guifei to the Heavenly Lady, thus echoing the flower face described above, which is really exquisite.
