In the front yard of Proculus's house, experts also removed mosaic tiles from the volcanic ash, and on closer inspection, it turned out to be a large black dog, and there was a chain tied to the door around its neck. After research, experts found that this black dog is not ordinary, it is a kind of Lingti, also known as a Gree dog.
Lingti is an ancient dog, mainly distributed in the Mediterranean region, in ancient Greece and ancient Egypt, the remains of Lingti have been found, until now Lingti has been active in the Western world, but rarely seen in China. Experts say that Lingti's temperament is so fierce that it is defined as a "fierce dog", so it is forbidden to keep individuals in many places today. It is worth mentioning that Lingti also has a characteristic that is different from other dogs, because it is not loyal to the subject, nor does it protect the lord and the family, and whoever gives it food will go with whom, so it cannot take care of the home.
