Zelenskiy's latest order: As long as you can kill the Russian army, kill it at will, and do not pursue responsibility
Ukrainian President Zelenskiy issued the latest order that all civilians in Ukraine are allowed to bear guns and are also allowed to kill Russian troops, who can be killed at will, without being held accountable.

Zelenskiy's purpose in doing so was not to get the Ukrainians to resist the Russians by using all the people to fight them out.
Zelenskiy found that the Russian army has not preyed on civilians and will not attack civilian targets until civilians have withdrawn. Therefore, we want civilians to restrict the Russian army, so that the Russian army cannot let go of its hands and feet.
