About the Author

Liang Dong graduated from Beijing Broadcasting University (Communication University of China) majoring in advertising. He was the vice president of Baidu, the host and editor-in-chief of Phoenix Satellite TV, and the founder of Zhengan Culture. He has taught the radio program "The Theory of Winter Wu Relativity", hosted the TV program "Guo xuetang", and is also the producer and host of the "Life" series of documentaries. He has successively founded Zheng'an Health, Zheng'an Culture, and Zheng'an "Sleep Freely", and served as the vice chairman of the Health Service Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
