At the research meeting, Zhou Zhixiong, member of the party leading group and deputy procurator general of the county procuratorate, made a detailed report on the work carried out by the Nayong County People's Procuratorate in recent years: supervising the implementation of administrative non-litigation, supervising and urging administrative organs to perform their duties according to law, and substantively resolving administrative disputes. Yang Hongwu fully affirmed the achievements of the procuratorate's administrative procuratorial work, and analyzed and guided various business data.
Yang Hongwu demanded: First, we must profoundly understand the importance of administrative procuratorial work in the integrated construction of governing the country according to law, a country ruled by law, a government ruled by law, and a society ruled by law; second, we must make full use of legal supervision means to supervise administrative organs in performing their duties according to law; third, we must establish a system of joint meetings with administrative organs, hold regular and irregular forums, establish ledgers, supervise by category, supervise administrative organs in accordance with the law, and earnestly improve administrative efficiency; fourth, we must strengthen supervision over administrative litigation and strengthen supervision over non-litigation administrative enforcement; and fifth, we must strengthen the work of substantively resolving administrative disputes.
