From October 18 to 19, the 36th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Nayong County was held, with Luo Jing, Zhang Hui, Li Jinquan, Yang Yi, and Chen Yi, deputy directors of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, attending the meeting; Pan Dingke, member of the Standing Committee of the County CPC Committee and director of the Organization Department of the County CPC Committee, attending the meeting for guidance; Wang Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the County CPC Committee, secretary of the County Discipline Inspection Commission, and director of the County Supervision Commission; Deng Kefeng and Bi Lei, deputy county governors; relevant responsible persons of the county people's court, the county people's procuratorate, and the county supervisory commission; and Yang Hongwu, member of the party leading group of the county people's congress standing committee, attended the meeting as an observer.
The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Work Conference of the Central People's Congress, studied the "Election Law of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China and Local People's Congresses at All Levels", and "Guizhou wrote a new chapter of high-quality development in the new era around the "four new" and "four modernizations".
The meeting heard and deliberated the "Nayong County People's Government Handling the Suggestions of the Deputies to the Sixth Session of the Seventeenth County People's Congress". Report on Criticism and Opinions", "Report on the Work of the Nayong County Supervision Commission on In-depth Governance of Problems Strongly Complained by the Masses", "Report on the Work of the Nayong County People's Procuratorate in Combating Infringement of the Lawful Rights and Interests of Minors and Protecting Minors", "Report on the Adjustment of the Financial Budget of Nayong County in 2021", "Report on the Development of Agricultural Modernization Work of the Nayong County People's Government", "Report on the Work of The New Urbanization Construction of the Nayong County People's Government", "Report on the Industrialization of Tourism of the Nayong County People's Government", "Report on the Work of Tourism Industrialization of the Nayong County People's Government", "Report on the Work of the Nayong County People's Government on the Industrialization of Tourism", "Report on the Work of the Nayong County People's Government" Nayong County People's Government Consolidating the Results of Poverty Alleviation Work Report" and related personnel appointment and dismissal cases.
Through a vote, it was decided to dismiss the Daniel Zhang director of the Nayong County Ecological Migration Bureau, Zhang Bangquan from the post of director of the Nayong County Rural Revitalization Bureau, Guo Guixue from the post of vice president, member of the adjudication committee, and judge of the Nayong County People's Court, Chen Xiao from the post of vice president of the Criminal Trial Division of the Nayong County People's Court, Xiong Xiaojiang from the post of president of the Juren People's Court of the Nayong County People's Court, and appoint Zhang Dazhong as a procurator, member of the procuratorial committee, and deputy chief procurator of the Nayong County People's Procuratorate. It was also decided to act as the chief procurator of the Nayong County People's Procuratorate, Ding Mingxiang as the president of the First Civil Trial Division of the Nayong County People's Court, Chen Xiao as the president of the Criminal Trial Division of the Nayong County People's Court, and Li Chungu as the director of the Nayong County Rural Revitalization Bureau.
