Another new benchmark for the open world is the Eldon Circle of Law

From its release on the 25th to the present, Eldon's Circle of Law has had a magical magic, and even after playing the game in 61 hours, I can still find the cemeteries and pits I left out earlier as I explore the Narrow Space.

For me, Hidetaka Miyazaki's Eldon's Ring of Law

Refreshed my understanding of the open world.

When I think of the open world, what can I think of? It's Ubisoft's beautiful but repetitive canned maps; or the huge and complex plot interactions of The Old Roll; and even the amazing plot settings and character development of Big Cousin 2.

All in all, the open world has long been

The jewel in the palm of a game company.

But even though the open world has long since become the red sea of the game world, Miyazaki Hidetaka chose to create a new open world after he ended the Dark Souls with a Western mythological system that is almost similar to the Dark Souls. To be honest, until the Old Man Ring was officially sent out, I was still wondering if the Old Thief could still make a Dark Soul story under the premise of an open world.

After all, an open world means that the rhythm of the game is in the hands of the player, and because of this, the careful design of the makers is extremely easy to be destroyed by the player's excessive exploration of the world.

So on the 25th, with curiosity and a little nervousness,

I opened the Eldon Ring of Law.

I have to admit that the Eldon Ring of Law gave me a sense of surprise in the early days, completely devoid of Dark Souls 3 and Wolf Strength. Even when I was exploring the city of Moen on the Sobbing Peninsula, this small box map didn't surprise me much.

What is even more infuriating is that as the goalkeeping boss of "Wangcheng", the blood is thick and high, and the newly opened account is not an opponent at all. When I played the bad omen, I even thought, Miyazaki Hidetaka can't even understand the numerical design of this work?

Forget it, it's an open world anyway, I'll go explore somewhere else.

I followed the unknown path, heading in the unknown direction. Eventually at the end of the road, a mine hole was found. Okay, bad omen I can't beat, I can't beat the mine? With this thought, I plunged into the mine and went all the way up, and after defeating the "lava earth dragon" Makar, I took the elevator to the high place.

Then, the Yatan Plateau appeared in front of me. I opened the map, and the original small map suddenly became huge, and the Athan Plateau enlarged the entire map at least twice.

You know it's the 26th, and everyone is in Stoneville and the bad omen, challenging the tree guards over and over again in front of the church, and almost no one knows or says that there is such a place as the Atham Plateau.

And that's the moment I reached the Atham Plateau

Hidetaka Miyazaki cast his wonderful magic on me

As The First Game of Miyazaki Hidetaka, the Eldon Ring did not take the way of guiding the player through one mission after another, and even the old thief directly removed the task bar and task markers, leaving the game completely to the player.

It's an open world guided by exploration, like Big Cousin 2, but more extremely and fascinating than Big Cousin 2.

Every map has surprises, every foot of a mountain may hide a dungeon; somewhere holds a reward, and the NPC in one place disappears until they meet in another place. In the first and middle map explorations, The Eldon Law Ring perfectly solved the problem of excessive freedom brought about by the open world, but rather, Miyazaki Hidetaka did not restrict you at all, but in a way that was different from other production companies, showing you the whole narrow space from the beginning.

You can choose to pick and choose to go to the tree guard, or you can go to The City of Moon to hunt lion hybrids; you can ride a horse to Yakir in the Ruins of dragon's Breath, or you can play soulslike monster hunters in the royal city of Roddell and Dragon Lance Sants. After you have practiced your skills, the bad omen of the doorkeeper is like a helpless child, bitten to death by my scarlet corruption +5 dog.

But at the end of the day, am I playing the game of old thieves the difficulty? It's a plot! Can the overly free game world of the open world bear the complex and profound worldview of the old thief? In case I ran to the late stage and got the plot in advance, the old man's ring would be lost, and the old thief would fall to the altar.

As a result, Hidetaka Miyazaki jumped up and jumped on the altar.

The plot of the Eldon Ring of Law does not need to be described by the riddle man

It can also be said that it is full of soul flavor

With a large and volitional Western mythological worldview involving will and spirit, a virtually non-existent game plot, quirky maps and complicated dynasties, and a finally bizarre Ending of the King of Eldon, the Old Man Ring, even if it is an open world, still retains Hidetaka Miyazaki's extremely complex story plot and more complex and twisted storytelling methods than the plot.

Even though I've looked at the entire Eldon Ring of Law all week, I still don't understand what the star ending really means. But what is this so-called? It is this fragmented story that is why I am passionate about the little high game. And the old man ring, indeed, did not disappoint me.

The only pity was that the tree guard had a huge blow to the frame rate of my computer. The old man ring's optimization on the PC is really unsatisfactory, and I have a lot of boss battles with complicated special effects that are almost spent in dropped frames (I'm still a 2060).

Overall, Hidetaka Miyazaki has indeed created an open world full of novelty and surprises for us, and leaving Dark Souls once again challenges Western mythology has also painted a legendary color on this amazing man.

And I, like the faded man who was blessed again in the Narrow, still walked on the continent of the Narrow, pursuing Eldon's secrets.
