Recently, ZTE Automobile announced that four new models of Weishi 1949 were officially launched, including passenger and commercial gasoline and diesel-powered models, with a starting price of 142,900 yuan, which was further lower than the price of previously listed models.
The front face of this ZTE Weishi 1949 is completely unsupported even if it is put together with the Raptor and Tantu models, the tall cover adopts a multi-creased rib line shape, the Eagle Eye headlight shape is very sharp, the middle net uses a large area of black grille, and the front bar is also black paint, making the entire front face look very rough and domineering.
In terms of size, the length, width and height of the passenger version of the model are 5393/2045/1965mm, the wheelbase is 3230mm, and the length, width and height of the commercial version are 5692/2045/1910mm, the wheelbase is 3513mm, the width of 2045mm, and the height of nearly 2 meters, making it a giant of domestic pickup trucks.
The rear of the car is relatively simple, with a slightly reclining spoiler on the upper part of the trunk tailgate with two rib lines in the middle. The taillights use a contrast shade color scheme, and the visual effect is very eye-catching.
In the interior part, the center console uses a more traditional wrap-around modeling layout, the central control large screen is embedded, and the air conditioning outlets on both sides use three-dimensional silver decoration. A large number of stitching decorations add to the sense of grade, and the new car also uses an LCD dashboard, and the four-frame steering wheel shape is very smart.
Thanks to the 2045mm body width, the rear side of the new car is very wide, and the longitudinal legroom is close to the level of the B-Class. The rear also has a central handrail, air conditioning outlet and USB port.
Powered by a 2.0T petrol engine with a maximum power of 190 hp and a peak torque of 360 Nm, the passenger version is equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The commercial model is powered by a 2.3T diesel engine with a maximum power of 163 hp and a peak torque of 380 Nm, matched with a 6-speed manual transmission.
One of the highlights of the passenger version of this Weishi 1949 model is the use of a front double wishbone independent suspension, rear five linkage + coil spring + integral bridge suspension structure, which will be more suitable for household needs. The passenger and commercial versions are available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel versions, respectively.
