In the late Ming Dynasty, the Chinese began to use the couplets written on paper silk to be mounted on a hanging scroll in a one-color setting, and the "Yang Lian Cong" said: "In the last year of Jiajing, Gao Gang, the eunuch who guarded the gate of Nanjing City, wrote in the hall: The sea has no waves, and The merits of Hai Rui are not shallow; Lin has a pillar, and Lin Runzhize is the majority. It can be seen that making paintings and paintings for friends has become a part of the daily social life of the late Ming Dynasty doctors.

He pursues the ink blocks that seep between the vertical and horizontal lines of calligraphy, and creates his original method of "increasing ink", which is really unprecedented. Wang Duo uses the dryness of the ink and the contrast between the thickness and lightness to make the work turbulent and jump, so that the original static calligraphy comes alive, and the strength of the pen is displayed between the inches.
It is reported that on the eve of the fall of Nanjing, Wang Duo's disciples were beaten and insulted by the people, and they had to be exhausted, and they could not bear to see it, and later he dragged the beaten body with Qian Qianyi to kneel in the rain to welcome the Eight Banners Led by Duo Duo into the city, and when they saw his brother who had already cleared things up in the crowd, the two brothers could not help but cry with headaches.
