There are 6 lines of text on each side of the stele, and 52 characters are full. The inscriptions on all four sides are calligraphy, written and written by Yan Zhenqing, and the inscription is liyang bing seal book "Monument of yan's family temple", which can be described as the amount of the book and the seal of the seal, also known as "a good ancient man, as heavy as a pearl". At the end of the Tang Dynasty, this stele was abandoned in the countryside, and in the Song Dynasty, it was included in the Forest of Steles in Xi'an along with the Kaicheng Stone Classic.

The stele of Yan's Family Temple is now in the collection of the Forest of Steles Museum in Xi'an, which is the treasure of the town hall. In june of the first year of Jianzhong (780), he wrote an article, and in October he wrote a book "Epilogue to the Stele", at the age of 72. At that time, it was when Yan Zhenqing was full of ambition, and the calligraphy style was outstanding and wonderful, which was a representative work of Yan Zhenqing's calligraphy art in his later years, and Li Yangbing's forehead, known as "Double Bi". Under the first line of this stele is li zhunpaiwen when it was re-established on August 29, the seventh year of the Reign of the Song Taiping Revival (982). According to the PaiWen Records, this stele was left in chaos through the Tang Dynasty, lying in the dust of the countryside, and only after Li Yanxun discovered it in the seventh year of the Northern Song Dynasty Taiping Revival, it was moved into the Confucius Temple in Fucheng. According to books such as "Essays on School Monuments", the third line of the inscription, "Ancestral Hall", is a hook pen of the "ancestral hall", but the Song Tuoben is intact and has been chiseled in the Ming Dynasty. For example, the third stroke of the "Yang" character of "Li Yang Bing Seal Forehead" is not damaged, the word "Ice" is intact, and the straight pen of the right "page" of the "Forehead" word is not damaged, which is the upper product in the intact version of Song Tuo's "Ancestral Hall". Although this stele is now intact, due to the excessive spread of the past, the word mouth has gradually changed, and the wind god has been poor.
