The registered capital of these companies is 5 million yuan, and the legal representatives are zeng Maojun. According to the equity penetration chart, these five companies are all 100% owned by Wanda Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanda Automobile"), and their business scope involves the sale of complete vehicles, charging piles, batteries and other parts.
The business scope of Wanda Automobile, which was established on November 22, 2021, is roughly the same. According to public information, Wanda Automobile has two shareholders, of which Dalian Wanda holds 65% of the shares and Taiqing (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiqing Technology") holds 35% of the shares.

As early as July 2021, Taiyue Group, FAW Hongqi and Wanda Group held strategic cooperation talks in Beijing, and the three parties initially reached a cooperation intention. On August 20, Wanda Group and China FAW signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changchun.
In October of the same year, Wanda officially announced its cooperation with China FAW, which will build a Hongqi supermarket experience store relying on Wanda's commercial plazas and other business segments. At the signing ceremony of this strategic cooperation, Chairman Wang Jianlin said that he would personally take the lead, and all senior executives above the vice president of Wanda would transfer to Hongqi Automobile.

From jointly opening supermarket experience stores to intensively establishing companies, Wanda's layout and development path in the automotive field are very clear.
Some industry veterans analyzed to reporters that Wanda and Hongqi are both northeastern enterprises, and Hongqi is a central enterprise, and it is normal for the two to reach cooperation. On the other hand, the new car-making forces represented by "Wei Xiaoli" have their own considerations in terms of development. For example, Weilai, most of it will choose to settle in supermarkets with higher brand style, while Wanda's influence in beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing and other regions is limited, "Weilai has its own way of playing, can not be 'kidnapped' by Wanda."
In recent years, more and more car experience stores have settled in supermarkets, and they have targeted consumer groups after the 80s and 90s who love to visit shopping malls. Under the trend of the industry, it is also a good idea for Hongqi to choose to "bundle" with Wanda.

In its view, Hongqi has relied on the B-end travel market in recent years, with decent sales and "more large customers", and this cooperation with Wanda may be able to expand sales channels.

The brand's annual sales in 2021 exceeded 300,000 vehicles, an increase of more than 50% year-on-year, of which the sales of the two flagship models of the new Hongqi product matrix, the Faw-Hongqi H9 and the Faw-hongqi E-HS9, exceeded 40,000 and 5,400 units respectively.
It is reported that The Faw-Hongqi E-HS9 is one of the four new energy vehicles currently on sale by the brand, and the other three are Faw-Hongqi E-HS3, E-QM5 and H7. Under the general trend of the development of new energy vehicles, these models may also become the focus of Wanda's sales.
