According to Tianyan, Wanda Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd. was established on November 22, 2021, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and its business scope includes automobile new car sales; auto parts wholesale; motor vehicle charging sales; technical services, technology development, technical consulting and other aspects. Its controlling shareholders are mainly Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd. and Taiqing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and the current shareholding ratio between the two parties is unknown. The latter was established on October 13 this year, the actual controller is Yue Yue'an, the shareholding ratio of the latter is 80%, and at the same time, Shandong Taiyue Industrial Group Co., Ltd., which it controls, has legal litigation issues related to financial loan contract disputes.
