Feng Sanmin, born in 1954, is a native of Gaoling District, Xi'an, Shaanxi. He is currently a director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, an advisor to the Shaanxi Huaxia Culture and Art Center, the vice president of the Shaanxi Provincial Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and the vice president of the Shaanxi Hanfeng Calligraphy and Painting Institute.

Since childhood, he is good at calligraphy and has a lot of talent in poetry. With Erwang as the grandmaster, on the basis of Erwang calligraphy, and absorbing the essence of Zhao Mengfu, he often met with the famous Shaanxi calligraphy master Wu Sanda with pen, and his works have the style of Wu San's calligraphy.
