Shang Xiuwei stressed: First, it is necessary to extensively carry out investment promotion activities. Second, we must actively do a good job in communication and docking. All relevant departments should strengthen communication and exchanges with people's congress deputies and CPPCC members, hold regular forums to understand the latest investment promotion policies at the first time, collect and summarize the clues on investment promotion grasped by people's congress deputies and CPPCC members in a timely manner, and further broaden investment channels. Third, we must comprehensively optimize the business environment. It is necessary to adhere to the concept of "one run at most", strictly implement the "five resolute" requirements of the municipal party committee, use the "government service cloud helper" platform, continue to deepen innovative measures such as "delayed service", "appointment service" and "intelligent non-intervention approval", and effectively create a fair, just and open development environment for enterprises.
