Dai Yanping, pen name Changle, born in 1937, is a famous contemporary calligrapher and painter, and has been awarded by the China Art Reform and Development Commission: the honorary title of "Representative Figure of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art", the honorary title of "2020 Chinese Art Meritorious Figure" and the national honorary title of "People's Hero Meritorious Artist", serving as the vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association and the president of the Association of Old Cadre Writers. He was employed as a foreign academician of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France, the Royal Swedish Academy of Art and the Italian Academy of Roman Painting.
