Ji Yegui is located in the center of Kiev, and currently lives in his friend's house, near the north side of Kiev, driving from home to a friend's house, about 20 kilometers away.

Ji Yegui said that from home to a friend's house, there are very few social vehicles on the road.

"This morning is actually fine, very normal, (local time) around 11:00 noon, I heard the sound of an explosion outside the house, from the feeling of these two days, the explosion is getting closer and closer to Kiev, so I feel a little nervous."

"There are 6 people in my family, and the family lives in the upper floor, because of this matter, so I came to a friend's house, and his family is relatively short and relatively safe."

Ji Yegui said that there are currently about 110 Zhejiang businessmen doing business in Kiev.

"At the moment, we are all in touch, everyone is safe, and as far as I know, the Zhejiang businessmen in Kiev, Volkov, Odessa, Ukraine, are all fine and living well."

In the early hours of this morning, the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine issued an urgent reminder requesting the evacuation of Chinese citizens from Ukraine to register, and in order to prepare for the return of charter flights in batches, personnel registration is now beginning.

Ji Yegui said that the Kiev China Zhejiang Hometown Association has basically been registered.

"Because the situation is unclear, so register first, and the extent to which the situation will develop next is still unclear or unknown, so we will see what will happen in the next two days."

This afternoon, orange persimmon interactive reporters also contacted Volkov and two local Chinese students in Odessa, who said they had registered.

"Now the situation is not very clear, the situation is fine in the morning, and then I drove out and saw a lot of people in the residential building, all hiding in the underground garage, driving to a friend's house is smoother, but now the shelling is more." Ji Yegui said.
