In the starry sky speech session, Ding Lei, founder, chairman and CEO of Huaren Express Gaohe Automobile, chatted with everyone about what is the intelligence that real users care about.

He believes that from the perspective of systematic thinking, hardware is used to serve software, software is used to serve the entire use scenario, and the scene is really to serve the user, so to provide a user experience, it should be the scene can finally reach what the user cares about most.

Ding Lei: Dear on-site and online guests, users and friends of electric vehicle owners, good afternoon! I am Ding Lei, in this link I want to talk to you about what is really the intelligence that users care about.

Now the entire electric vehicle industry is popular with such a phenomenon, everyone is engaged in an arms race, how big the battery pack, how much computing power of such a chip, think that this is what users are very concerned about. In fact, in my opinion, this is all inaction, and the problem is not considered completely from the user's point of view.

Regardless of whether the user just needs it, it is indeed necessary for the user to bear the cost

Let's not say that this is the user's just need or not, in terms of the degree of purchase alone, the user must bear it. For example, chip TOP, how do you use these TOPTs, this is not the TOP itself can provide you, but you have to make these TOPS really play through the software architecture and the system. You think, the chips used in such a highly intelligent car in china now have not used up these TOPS, and if it is a very entry-level car, you have such a high chip, then the use of TOPS is still very, very low. In fact, it is unfair for users to bear this cost.

Gaohe and users truly co-create

The co-creation of Gaohe Automobile and users is a true co-creation, and we have started from the first day of the company's establishment. At the end of 2017, we just founded the company to organize a global user survey, in-depth users are not only Chinese users, but also Western users to discuss with them what is the pain points in their travel, what is their happiness points. When we communicate with Western users, we say what is the paradise in your travel, what is your favorite, then some users tell me that he likes to talk very comfortably in the carriage, do not need to concentrate on driving, this is their paradise. And I asked them what is your hell? They said to refuel, to stop.

These scenarios are actually a fundamental point for us to define a completely new product from the perspective of the scene definition design. If we want to define the car according to the user scenario, define our products, we have to achieve the maximum software and hardware, and we must create an open battery architecture. HiPhi X is actually the first global mass production of such a smart car with the highest degree of openness, we have created the super electronic architecture of Chinese Express H-SOA, so that our car is like Apple mobile phone, through the APP to maximize the mobilization of more than five hundred sensors and more than three hundred electronic actuators of Gaohe Automobile, through the arrangement and combination between them, to meet different scenes to form different occasions of the scene card, and our mobile phone, our so-called application software are in the mobile phone APP, We realize the movement of the whole scene and the use of vehicles. Then we added H in front of the first, this is the real technology luxury intelligent products must have the electronic architecture, which is also a flat layer of new world luxury, which is also the place that can best distinguish the traditional luxury of the old world.

Three intelligent systems on the battery architecture

Some people say that the price of Gaohe is very high, but there is a reason why it is expensive, and our users are very knowledgeable. For example, our fully automatic intelligent door system, each door has a chip to control, so the traditional luxury electric vehicles, although their brand has existed for a long time, and they have recently reduced prices, still can't sell us, because our users are two eras of products.

To sum up, users who use gaohe cars know that we are an open and the first mass-produced battery architecture, and in this battery architecture we have three major intelligent systems.

The first big intelligent system is our entry and exit system, you enter and exit from the car, the whole system is completely intelligent, we turn it into a car door, the headlights combined to do Jia Xiu, is the car's dance performance, through the sound, through the headlights to achieve such a car itself can perform, this is also no intelligent architecture is impossible to achieve. Therefore, a set of architecture three major systems, the first system is the intelligent entry and exit system; the second system is the intelligent lighting system, our automatic driving, this automatic auxiliary driving can also be at night, through the intelligent lighting system to assist driving, including the atmosphere in our car can be based on my music, according to my car to the same intelligent linkage. Then the last big system we call V2X system, our car is under the five-level communication, the earliest mass production can achieve V2X interaction, then not to mention we have a double redundancy system, because you want to achieve high-level assisted driving, you must have a double redundancy system. HiPhi X also hosts the world's first mass-produced dual-redundant system. Of course, our car is an epoch-making product, and there are nine major knowledges on it, which I will not introduce here. Let's say our intelligent all-wheel steering system, our dual-redundant system, and we work with Microsoft on such a system as an intelligent robot traffic companion.

Since its delivery in May last year to today, Gaohe has delivered nearly five thousand product cars and has also accumulated at least five thousand users, including its family including his friends. Among them, our car geek world, the cumulative user-created scene card has reached 1,651, we also create scene cards, so the proportion of user creation in the entire proportion has been as high as 12.5%, the creation of users throughout the country more than two hundred cities, the creation of scene cards covered by self-driving travel camping, daily commuting, parent-child travel, festival celebrations including such a scene as weddings. For example, everyone can see that when we do watching the ball, there is a key to watch the ball, and the mobile café, such as the Spring Festival electronic firecracker mode, can meet the needs of family gatherings. There are also electronic fireworks, and New Year's greeting cards, and recently the Olympic Games we have developed a lot of Olympic scenes to help our Winter Olympics.

More than 1,600 product cards have been used tens of thousands of times, and the scene card for winter cars is the most popular, and has been used more than 13,600 times, putting the past winter needs to set up air conditioning, heating, including the choice of chassis, through a key to get it done. This I think is the embodiment of a real user's demand for intelligence.
