02 The trigger mechanism is different, and the feel of mechanical keyboard and pen and ink keyboard is also different
At present, there are three types of keyboard classifications on the market: mechanical keyboard, membrane keyboard and electrostatic keyboard. Because electrostatic keyboards are more expensive, the popularity is far less than that of mechanical keyboards and membrane keyboards. Mechanical keyboards and membrane keyboards have different trigger mechanisms, so the feel when typing is also different.
The mechanical keyboard tapping of different shaft bodies is also different, and the common shafts are red shaft, black shaft, tea shaft, green shaft, silver shaft and so on. The tea axis and the green axis are non-linear axes, and the sense of passage is strong when tapping, and compared with the two, the green axis is more brittle. The red axis, black axis and silver axis are linear shafts, with a straight up and down feel, no sense of paragraph, but lighter and crisper than membrane keyboards. Membrane keyboards are relatively soft to the touch, without a sense of paragraph.
03 The theoretical service life of mechanical keyboards is longer
At present, the overall theoretical service life of membrane keyboards ranges from 8 million to 30 million times, while the life of a single shaft body of the current mechanical keyboard can reach 50 million times, which is longer than the service life. Therefore, the stable feel of the mechanical keyboard is also longer, and the feel will not change much for a long time.
Due to the different structure of the key body, the ordinary membrane keyboard can only achieve 2 or 3 keys without conflict, and the mechanical keyboard can at least achieve 6 keys without conflict, which is more important for gamers.
