According to gamesindustry, Horizon: Desperate West is firmly at number one in the latest week's UK physical game sales chart. The game also became the second most sold game in the UK since the release of PS5.
Horizon: Desperate West even surpasses FIFA22, a favorite among players in the UK, and is currently second only to Marvel Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Of this impressive physical sales, the PS5 version of the game accounts for 68%, and the rest comes from the PS4 version.
The premiere sales of Horizon: Desperate West dropped 35% compared to its predecessor, Horizon: Dawn of Zero, in 2017. However, this figure does not count towards digital sales, and given the insufficient supply of machines for the PS5, it is expected that sales of Horizon: Desperate West will continue to rise as more machines become available.
