While Guerrilla is continuing to improve the graphics of Horizon: Desperate West, a patch that brings improvements related to in-game clarity, the team is continuing to make "adjustments to the game's content with the aim of reducing visual flicker."

Other fixes include the Aloy no longer stuck underwater in the "Great Flood" side quest. In addition, in the same mission, Snapmaws will no longer be stuck inside the wall and out of Aloy's reach.

Another side quest that will see improvements is "Prometheus Son Data". In this case, the ambushers who once "took the word 'ghostly' to a new level" will now continue to exist after death.
