Touch appearance
The surface of the plastic parts of the regular charger shell is smooth and smooth without burrs, the color is uniform, the seams of the shell are tight, and there will be no gaps when pressing.

Sweep the weight
The charger itself should not be too light in weight. Although weight does not directly determine the quality of its products, too light chargers are likely to be caused by manufacturers using inferior plastics to save costs or cutting corners on internal components. The following figure shows the weight comparison between a regular brand charger and its "cottage" inferior charger, which shows that the weight of the inferior charger is 30g less than that of the regular charger.

Check the identity
The power adapter (that is, the charger) belongs to the products within the scope of the national CCC mandatory catalog, and consumers should check whether the CCC logo is printed on the product and the outer packaging when purchasing.
At the same time, check whether the nameplate of the charger is marked with relevant production information, such as:
Rated voltage or rated voltage range, symbol of the nature of the power supply, rated frequency or rated frequency range, rated current, manufacturer name or trademark, model, safety instructions, etc.
The logo should be Chinese Simplified, clearly written and not easily erased.
Inferior charger logos are often not used Chinese Simplified logos, logo content is not standardized, and the handwriting is blurred.

Look at the plug
The plug of the regular charger is fine, smooth and rust-free, and should conform to the style of the mainland plug, that is, the flake plug, not the cylindrical type, the square column type and other forms; at the same time, the plug should not have a round hole, nor should it be "eight" shaped.
The charger needs attention to safe use
High temperature environment
Do not put the charger in a place where the temperature is too high for a long time, otherwise it will cause the charger electronic components to shorten their life, and it is easy to cause deformation of plastic parts when serious, and there is a risk of fire.
Humid environment
Do not expose the charger to a humid environment for a long time, otherwise it will cause different degrees of corrosion or oxidation to its internal electronic components, and even short-circuit failure when using, causing electric shock or fire.
Fall from a high place
It is necessary to prevent the charger from falling from a high place, otherwise it will damage the internal circuit board of the charger, causing the components to loosen, and a short-circuit fault will cause electric shock or fire.
Unplug the charger in time
If the charger is plugged into the socket for a long time, even if the electronic equipment is not connected, there will still be current passing through, which will not only lead to the aging of the charger, shorten the service life of the charger, but also easily cause a short circuit, and when it is serious, it will cause fire, explosion, and even accidental electric shock and other accidents. Therefore, after charging the electronic equipment, the charger should be unplugged from the socket in time.
